    Hi all,
    How's the hols been treating everyone? I'm sure many of you have caught some much needed zzzz...I was reading about this speech and the controversy surrounding it, but I thought it to be inspirational to all of you (I know what *I* think is interesting is thoroughly boring to many of you, but do try and watch it if you can...he's an excellent orator!)
