Hi all,Congratulations to those of you who are done with the exams...looks like this will be yet another looong weekend for you-I'm SO envious...:)
Well, just a reminder (again!!) to bring your ODTs on Monday as there will be a temperature taking exercise during the first period. Please do remind your friends, who may not read these posts frequently.
On a more upbeat note, we have CDP on Mon (yay!) and we will discuss the issue of the chalet then? It's true that I feel rather incomplete not seeing all of you the last two weeks :) See you all on Monday! Come rested and rejuvenated to begin intense preparations...:)
Oh, the pics are of the snowfields in Victoria, Australia where I was based last year. Just thought I'd share them with you to remind you that you will always have mountains to climb and the view from the top is always worth that climb, so keep at it! :)

Hi all,One week of exams down and another to go...Just a quick reminder to bring your ODTs on Tues. Please remind your friends on Monday night if they do not read this blog as frequently. The attendance for this prelim exam has been dismal and do remember if you want to do well, you have to at least turn up for the papers. Your teachers and you have invested a lot of time and effort in preparing for these exams. Have a good rest and enjoy the weekend! To all the Muslim pupils, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

Hey guys.
Regarding the issue about having a class chalet after the O's, since nobody is making a move in making this thing happen, Me and Rui Liang decided to make this thing work. Both of us are really trying our best in making this chalet happen and to make it happen we need EVERYONE co-operation:
Would you guys want it to be
held late November ( 23,24,25) or
early December (date not confirmed yet) ?

I've check the rates for 2 nights as a few suggested the chalet should be a 3D2N one. One night is about $250 so if we're staying for 2 nights, it should be bout $500. $250 per night is one of the cheapest rate I could find. However if you guys have any other suggestion, you could approach me or Rui Liang.

How's the hols been treating everyone? I'm sure many of you have caught some much needed zzzz...I was reading about this speech and the controversy surrounding it, but I thought it to be inspirational to all of you (I know what *I* think is interesting is thoroughly boring to many of you, but do try and watch it if you can...he's an excellent orator!)

Hi all!
So the Science Prac is over (phew!-and I'm referring to both the teachers & you since all of you finished ALIVE!) Prelim 3 is looming around the corner and I know many of you are already exhausted and wondering if you'll make the mark. If you ask me, I know that if each of you dig deeper than what you see in the mirror, you certainly can. Know that before this year, many of you were top students in your level. This is just one more hurdle you have to overcome and I believe each and everyone of you can cross it, provided you put in the required effort (which I think many of you have started) Do remember to focus your study on practice papers-your previous prelim papers as well as the 10 year series since these are what we call 'exam smarts'-so you know which topics you need to go back to the drawing board (i.e textbook)
It's almost the last lap so stay motivated. All your teachers believe in you so now's the time to start believing in your own abilities and industry. Use your time wisely over the one week break-take time to breathe but be wise about the type of activities in addition to the length of time you spend on it? :)
